The OBI Code of Conduct is based on our vision & mission statement as well as on our values. OBI’s business activities are founded on the following values: performance, respect, openness and responsibility. These apply to all our stakeholders.
Each of us is responsible for knowing and adhering to the values and standards set forth in this Code and for raising questions if we are uncertain about company policy.
OBI takes the standards set forth in the Code seriously, and violations are cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or business relationships.
Although OBI’s Code of Conduct cannot address every issue, it defines the spirit in which we intend to do business and should guide us in our daily conduct.
